Last updated: October 27, 2026

Domino is a tile game made by MightyS. This page explains, for this game only, what leaves your device, what the game server keeps and why. It applies to the apps and to the web version at domino.mightys.dev.

1. Overview

2. What leaves your device, and why

When What is sent To whom Why

When you open a link (Privacy, Terms, Contact) The link opens in your browser That website You chose to open it

The web version. It keeps the same few things in your browser's own storage (your device identifier, your name, your settings) and talks to the same server. Clearing your browser data makes you a new player, which is why the game offers a transfer code (see section 5).

3. What the game server keeps

The game server does not keep your email, phone number, contact list, precise location, photos or advertising identifier. If you choose an ad, the advertising identifier goes only to Google AdMob as described above, never to our server.

4. Third-party services

Service What it receives Its policy
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) Only if you choose an ad: the advertising identifier (if you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
TelemetryDeck The anonymous signals listed above, with a random identifier that is not linked to your account telemetrydeck.com/privacy
Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting) Everything the game server receives, as the company that rents the server. It does not use it for its own purposes hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)

You can delete your data yourself, inside the game. Open Settings and scroll to the end: Delete my account removes your account, coins, record, friends and name from the server and from this device. This cannot be undone, and it is refused while you sit at a table with coins in play.

To keep your coins and level on a new phone, open Settings, then Move to a new phone on the old one to get a one time code, and enter it on the new one. The code works once, expires after 24 hours, and the old phone stops being your account when it is used. Anyone who holds an active code can move your account to their device, so keep it private.

You also have the right to access, correct, port, restrict and object, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. You can change your ad consent at any time in the game under Settings, Privacy choices (shown where the law requires it), and on iPhone under Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. For any question write to contact@mightys.dev; we answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.

6. Children

Domino is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Other players can send you only preset reactions, not free text.

7. Retention

8. Security

Every connection uses encrypted HTTPS or WSS. A transfer code is stored only as a hash.

9. Changes

If Domino starts sending anything new, this page is updated before that version is released and the date at the top changes.
