Pachi Terms of Use

By playing Pachi you agree to these terms. Pachi is made by MightyS.
1. The game
Pachi is a game for entertainment. Coins, stars, XP and cosmetic items in the game have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players.
2. Your account
Your account is anonymous. You are responsible for keeping any transfer code safe: anyone who holds an active code can move your account to their device. A code works once and expires after 24 hours. You can delete your account at any time inside the game, see the Privacy Policy.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or the server, exploit bugs for gain, or use automated tools to play. Dice are rolled on the server and can be checked afterwards.
4. Computer players
When there are not enough people online, some seats are filled by computer players. They play by the same rules and the same dice.
5. Respect
Choose a name and avatar that are not offensive and do not impersonate others. Players can be reported and blocked. Accounts that abuse other players or break these terms may be limited or removed.
6. Availability
Pachi is provided as is. Online features need an internet connection and may change, pause or stop. We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MightyS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
