Couchfeed Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") between you and Mightys for the Couchfeed app. By tapping Continue during onboarding, or by otherwise using Couchfeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Couchfeed is an unofficial fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any television network, streaming service, or production company.

1. Who can use Couchfeed

Couchfeed is for users aged 17 and older. You confirm you are 17 or older before using the app. Couchfeed is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it.

2. License

Mightys grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Couchfeed on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app, except as permitted by law.

3. User-generated content and acceptable use

Couchfeed lets you post text, replies, polls, and reactions. You are responsible for what you post. You agree that you will not post content that is objectionable, including content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexual, defamatory, illegal, infringing, spam, or that discloses another person's private information. You agree not to harass, bully, or abuse other users.

4. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. To keep the community safe, all of the following are in place:

• Automated filtering. Every post and reply is screened by automated moderation before it is published; content flagged as objectionable is withheld and routed to human review instead of going live.
• Reporting. You can flag any post, reply, or poll for review using the report control on that content (the "more" / three-dot control, or by long-pressing the content). Reports are reviewed, and violating content is removed.
• Blocking. You can block any user. Blocking immediately hides all content between you and that user, in both directions.
• Action within 24 hours. Our moderators act on reported content and objectionable material within 24 hours: removing the content and ejecting or banning the users responsible.

Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension. Severe or repeat violations result in a permanent ban.

5. Predictions are points-only

The prediction game is free and points-only. There is no wager, entry fee, or prize of monetary value, and no real money is involved.

6. Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community. You can also block users and report content as described above.

7. Disclaimers

Couchfeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. User-generated content reflects the views of the users who post it, not Mightys. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mightys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or content posted by other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
