What it does
Chainlume is a calm, glowing number-merge puzzle. The board is full of tiles, and a chain can run through any equal-valued tiles that touch, in any of eight directions, not just up and down or side to side. Release the chain, and every tile in it merges into the next number up.
There are three ways to play. Daily Challenge sets the same board for everyone once a day, with a real streak and a global leaderboard. Zen is an endless board with no goal at all, just chain, merge, and relax. Challenge is a sharper endless board for players chasing a high score.
The whole thing works offline, in 36 languages, and is built to be played daily for years, at your own calm pace, on phone or tablet.

Daily Challenge ranks every solve, so a good day on the board means something.
Under the hood
The core mechanic is eight-direction chaining: a chain can run through equal-valued tiles horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, not just along a grid axis. That widens what counts as a valid merge path far beyond a typical four-direction match puzzle, without changing the simple rule at its center: equal tiles chain, then merge into the next number up.
Chainlume is built to be played daily for years. It works fully offline, with no connection required for any of the three modes, and it ships in 36 languages so the puzzle reads naturally almost anywhere.
Phone and tablet each get a layout designed for that screen, rather than a single layout stretched to fit. Daily Challenge sets one board for every player each day and tracks a real streak alongside the global leaderboard.

Works fully offline
Zen and Challenge modes need no connection at all. Daily Challenge only needs one to sync the shared board and streak.
A calm pace, not a hook
No timers pressuring Zen play, and no forced interruptions across any of the three modes.
