Noir trading tycoon

Buy low. Sell high. Own the city.

Crime Tycoon puts a real market under a noir crime story. Prices move on supply, demand, and city events you can see coming. Every deal, every district, every day builds toward one ladder: Runner to Kingpin.

What it is

A market that never sits still

Crime Tycoon is a trading tycoon game. Buy a good cheap in one district, carry it across the city, and sell it where the price is better, before it cools off. Prices move because of what the city actually does: a raid spikes risk and price together, a rival dumping stock crashes a good overnight, a parade clears the streets and opens a window. None of it is scripted at random; it is telegraphed on a running news ticker, so reading the market is a real skill, not a guess.

Every deal also raises heat, and heat draws the law. Districts carry their own risk, upgrades trim it back, and a day only holds so many moves. The tension is entirely economic: what to carry, where to sell it, and how much risk is worth the markup.

The climb runs from Runner to Kingpin, then keeps going into open water: Tycoon and Legend tracks where mastery of the market, not a bigger wallet, decides the order. Net worth is ranked live against every player, across every MightyS trading game.

What you get

Every district has a price, and it moves.

Six systems that all feed the same read: what is happening in this city right now.

A Market That Actually Moves

Prices are set by supply, demand, and deterministic city events, raids, parades, gluts, telegraphed in advance on a running ticker so you can react before they land, not after.

Runner to Kingpin, and Past It

Climb a public rank ladder from Runner to Kingpin. Beyond Kingpin the open sea begins, Tycoon and Legend tracks where reading the market decides the order, not the size of a purchase.

Heat, Risk, and a Way to Manage Both

Every deal raises heat, and heat draws attention. Districts carry their own risk percentage, and crew upgrades trim heat and risk back down, both stated as plain numbers, never hidden.

Four Districts, One Growing Map

Docktown, Highrise, Rustbelt, and Underhill each run their own prices and their own risk. New districts open up as you rank up, so the map itself grows with your standing.

A Crew Worth Building

Cargo Hold, Burner Crew, and other upgrades expand how much you can carry, how many moves a day gives you, and how much heat a run generates. Every level states its exact effect.

One Leaderboard, Ranked Live

Current net worth ranks you against every player, across every MightyS trading game. Your title is earned for good, once reached it stays on your record even if your fortune later slips.

Under the hood

How the market actually works

The economy runs on a dedicated engine built to be deterministic: no system clock, no unmanaged randomness anywhere in the pricing logic. A seeded generator drives every event, so a given day plays out the same way every time it is replayed, and the pricing math is covered by a large automated test suite rather than left to trial and error.

Progress that reaches the leaderboard is re-simulated on the server before it is accepted. The server replays the moves that produced a submitted net worth rather than trusting the number the device sends, so a posted rank reflects real play. A device-generated player ID, paired with a private write token, lets progress survive a reinstall without an account or an email address.

On iPhone, a native SwiftUI shell wraps the game in a hardened WebKit view, no bounce, no callout menu, no pinch zoom, with a native tab bar and a Dynamic Island activity that tracks the trading day, so the game feels native end to end rather than like a website in a wrapper.
