What it does

Real tales, rooted in real cultures

Every tale inside is a real folk story rooted in its own culture, carefully sourced and never invented by a machine. Children turn each page at their own pace, drawn in by warm, hand-styled illustrations made specifically for that story.

The library gathers folk tales, fairy tales, fables, legends, and myths from cultures around the world, including classic literature and school reading lists in one place. Each tale comes in a short, easy retelling for younger children and a longer edition for confident readers.

On tablet, a story reads as a real book: a two-page spread in landscape, with a gentle page-curl as you turn. On phone, the same stories read in a single clean column.

Under the hood

How it actually works

Every tale inside World Folktales for Kids is a real folk story rooted in its own culture, carefully sourced and never invented by a machine. Each one is illustrated on its own terms, with original artwork styled to match that specific tale's culture and mood, rather than a single visual template applied across every story.

The reading experience adapts to the device. On tablet, a story lays out as a two-page spread in landscape, with a gentle page-curl as a child turns each page, closer to a real book than a scrolling feed. On phone, the same story reads in a single clean column, so nothing feels cramped on a smaller screen.

Every tale ships with two editions: a short, easy retelling for younger children, and a longer edition for confident readers, so the same story can grow with a child rather than being outgrown.
