What it does

One quiet place for the five prayers

Keeping up with prayer times usually means juggling a website, a mosque calendar, and a separate compass app, each with its own ads and its own notifications. Fanus puts prayer times, the Qibla, the Quran, and daily remembrance in one place, calculated on the device and free of the clutter that usually comes with it.

Fanus is for anyone who wants their prayer times to just be right for where they are, without opening a browser or trusting a website's guess at their city. It runs on iPhone, requires iOS 18 or later, and ships in seven languages: English, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, French, Urdu, and Bengali.

A humble note: Fanus is a well-made tool, not a religious authority. Times are calculated on the device from your location, and anything that matters is always worth confirming with your local imam or mosque.

Key features

Everything worship needs, nothing it doesn't.

Six tools that cover a full day of prayer, from the first adhan to the last.

Prayer Times

Fajr through Isha, calculated on the device from your location, plus Sunnah times (Tahajjud, Duha, midnight) and the disliked-prayer windows.

Qibla Compass

A real compass, not just an arrow, with haptic confirmation the moment you are aligned with the Qibla.

Full Quran, Offline

The complete 604-page Madani mushaf, page-faithful to print, with surah and juz navigation, bookmarks, and night mode. No download needed after install.

Adhkar, Duas & Tasbih

Morning, evening, after-prayer, and before-sleep remembrance, a tasbih counter, and Islamic calendar events like Ramadan, Eid, Ashura, and the white days.

Widgets & Live Activity

A next-prayer countdown that never goes stale, on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy while charging.

Apple Watch Companion

Its own tasbih and prayer times on your wrist, so a countdown or a count of dhikr never needs the phone.

Why it feels right

Right for exactly where you are

Fanus reads your prayer times and the Qibla from your exact location, so the times are right for your city instead of a rough guess from a website. The compass points to the Qibla and taps once the moment you are aligned, so you can face the right way anywhere, in a second, without second-guessing.

Everything you need for the day is already on your phone. The full 604-page Quran, every prayer time, the Qibla, and your reminders all work with no signal, so a weak connection, a flight, or none at all never comes between you and your prayer.

Fanus speaks seven languages (English, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, French, Urdu, and Bengali) and offers several adhan voices, with a separate voice reserved for Fajr, on iPhone, Android, and Apple Watch.
